Information note to the students of the Course of Adaptation to the Degree

Given the doubts and requests for information on the relevance of the courses Adaptation (specifically of Social Work) in a row of recent policy development, Factultad of Social Work at the UCM reports:
Course Adjustment (CA, hereinafter) is essential for obtaining the Degree in Social Work requirement. Possible, as foreseen in the Law 7/2007, of April 12, the Basic Statute of the Public Employee access to the following positions: Top -Management in Government (A1 and A2 level).
-Access To jobs with Grade explicitly pointed profile.
-Access To master's degrees allowing specialized training or continuing academic training for obtaining the title of doctor without requiring training supplements.
On the other hand, the RD 967/2014 of 21 November, the conditions and the procedure for the approval and declaration of equivalence official university diploma and academic level are established and for validation of foreign higher education studies, and the procedure for determining the levels correspond to the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education in the official titles of Architect, Engineer, Graduate, Technical Architect, Technical Engineer and Diploma, does not in any way the recognition of qualifications Diploma and Diploma in Social Work. Although they have a recognized level of MECES 2 in both cases they are different degrees. In short, contrary to statements that say the lack of usefulness of the CA, the CA means greater employability, better jobs and better access to continuing graduate studies.
